This website provides product information, knowledge base articles, PAD XML metadata, and direct download access for Advanced Timer and One More Sync. The information is provided for general product and support purposes.

Each Windows application is made available under the End User License Agreement shown before the package download begins. By downloading, installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to the license terms shown for that application.

The applications are currently provided free of charge. Availability, distribution terms, documentation, product pages, and support scope may change without prior notice.

Free applications and support

For free applications, support is minimal and provided on a best-effort basis only. There is no guaranteed response time, service level agreement, custom troubleshooting commitment, compatibility guarantee, or obligation to provide updates, fixes, maintenance, or continued availability.

Support messages do not create a paid support relationship, professional services engagement, or separate legal obligation beyond the published license terms.

Product names, application binaries, screenshots, documentation, layout, text, metadata, and related assets are protected by intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. This privacy policy applies to online activity on software.burz.net and to support requests initiated through this website. It does not apply to third-party websites, external software directories, email providers, operating system services, or other services outside this website.

This website does not provide account registration and does not intentionally collect account profile data. If you contact support, you choose what information to send by email, such as your application name, version, Windows version, technical description, screenshots, logs, or other details.

Technical server logs, Cloudflare proxy/security services, and related infrastructure may process data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamp, HTTP status, cache status, security rule matches, and similar operational data for security, abuse prevention, reliability, diagnostics, caching, and legal compliance.

Download packages may be served from Burz-controlled update infrastructure. A download request can generate ordinary server and security logs and may be counted in aggregate so the number of downloads can be reviewed.

The Windows applications are intended to run locally on the user's Windows device. They do not collect or transmit personal data unless this is expressly stated in product documentation or required by a user-directed action.

Cookies and browser storage

This website displays a privacy and cookie notice and stores one first-party cookie after the visitor acknowledges it. The cookie is named burz_cookie_notice, stores the value acknowledged, is limited to this website path, uses SameSite=Lax, and expires after one year.

The confirmation cookie is used only to remember that the notice was acknowledged and does not identify the visitor for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. The website does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, advertising pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tags.
