Burz Software provides a small support channel for Advanced Timer and One More Sync questions.

For free applications, support is minimal and provided on a best-effort basis only. There is no guaranteed response time, service level agreement, custom troubleshooting commitment, compatibility guarantee, or obligation to provide updates, fixes, maintenance, or continued availability.

The applications are provided under their EULA and applicable warranty disclaimers. Support messages do not create a paid support relationship, professional services engagement, or separate legal obligation beyond the published license terms.

When contacting support, include the application name, version, Windows version, and a clear description of what you already tried.
